The staff was friendly and helpful . breakfast offered many choices and tasted fresh. the hotel featured an awesome bar with a diverse selection of culinary options. I don't know if this food part is permanent.

The ladder had little steps to the bed area. mobility issues are a concern because climbing or descending down this steep ladder is dangerous. the hotel is far from the city center. It takes about 20 minutes to get anywhere.

I found the staff friendly and cute. Check-in was easy, and the secure parking felt reassuring. The street food-style food court restaurant offered a wide range of choices. The room was well laid out, and the bed provided great comfort.

I found the collective area downstairs superb. it proved to be a great spot to relax and enjoy good food. i especially appreciated the breakfast. It had plenty of choice and variety. the staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful at reception, at the bar, and in the food outlets.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The hotel is located within a short walk to the city center. The room was also fine for a good nights sleep after a day of walking.

The loft room I received was small, with steep stairs leading to the bed, a design that proved unsafe (I nearly hit my head multiple times). The air conditioning was not functional during a very cold night. I had to go downstairs to address the issue with the staff. Even with the AC off, there was a constant loud sound in the room (other reviews mention this too).

Charming Stay with Great Amenities

The staff, it was a lovely surprise. I found excellent facilities, including a lively bar and diverse food court, very convenient. The room was quiet and clean. I found it easy to rest. I was actually surprised by the overall value.

The mezzanine had fairly steep stairs, I found them a bit challenging. Climbing these stairs to reach the bed required extra caution.

The hotel offers a modern gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allows for a full workout. There is also a common area with various restaurants and a bar. I noticed many people enjoying this space. The hotel provides board games and access to a garden. These amenities added to the relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the Eurostar station, it is an easy walk. Nearby, I saw several bars and restaurants creating a vibrant local scene. The area is close to a market. It felt less touristy than the old town.
